- Description: Program gives developmentally disabled adults the chance to increase their independent living skills and reduce their feelings of isolation.Program participants work on daily living skills, verbal and non-verbal communication, person centered planning and becoming valued members of their community. Transportation to and from program may be available for participants.

- Eligibility: Adults with significant cognitive disabilities due to conditions including autism, epilepsy, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, or cerebral palsy. In addition, individuals that require support with physical challenges can also benefit.
